Asta Powerproject helped the 55-person construction management firm Project and Construction Services, Inc. (PCS) adapt to changing customer demands with an easy-to-use interface, increasing visibility into project performance, robust reporting, and cost-effective licensing.
PCS was frustrated by the increasing complexity of their existing scheduling software, Oracle Primavera. PCS tried other software including EXCEL and Microsoft Project but found that these solutions were not collaborative or construction friendly.
Eventually, after an exhaustive search, PCS selected Asta Powerproject which they purchased through Catalyst, one of Asta’s U.S. resellers. As well as supporting the roll-out, Catalyst were able to provide in-depth demos for the PCS team of project managers which also served to train the team on the software’s robust capabilities.
