The Alexandra Place project comprised the construction of a three storey extra-care home with 64 one and two-bedroom apartments which was completed in 77 weeks. Being the first purpose-built, extra-care home that the council had commissioned and with many stakeholders involved, this was a project that needed very clear direction and Asta Powerproject proved to be very helpful in supporting activities across the team.Gordon Dodd, Project Manager (pictured centre below), said: “We needed really accurate schedules that we could rely upon and Asta Powerproject was extremely useful in developing the initial plan and keeping it updated  as the project progressed. As we needed to keep many stakeholders informed on progress, being able to use Asta Powerproject to easily produce clear reports on the project status to show all involved was a great help.”

The Earlsdon Park Project in Coventry was a complex project run over a 58-week programme to convert a college into offices and a 100-room hotel. It involved remodelling a three-storey Art Deco college and constructing an extra storey.

Kevin O’Brien, Senior Project Manager, said: “Asta Powerproject is a superb scheduling tool and was extremely useful in helping to deliver this programme successfully. It was very important to provide clear information to the client and hotel operator throughout the programme and the reporting and presentation capability of Asta Powerproject was really helpful for this.”
