Authorised Resellers

Our authorised resellers will need to demonstrate a high level of proficiency in the promotion, demonstration, installation, and support of Asta Products.


To ensure you have the best possible start; sales, product and technical training is provided so you have the tools you need to succeed and can maintain our high standards of service & support.

Online Support

Resellers have access to their own online sales and marketing support via the Reseller Information Centre. It is a password protected area, accessible from the Asta website, where you can access specific information and product knowledge to help you sell Asta solutions. For instance:

  • Sales presentation templates and artwork for product brochures are available to download.
  • Read case studies of Asta’s international success stories.
  • Brochures, logo’s and source files for marketing collateral.

Information and Communication

Asta will keep resellers up to date with recent company developments, product news & software updates via direct communication & the Reseller Information Centre on our website. Resellers will also be encouraged to contribute information for this section and share news about customer success stories.

Sales and marketing

Our resellers are provided with a named contact at Asta to act as a single point of contact for sales & marketing support.

Asta provides resellers with collateral for sales and marketing activities. Resellers receive a ‘start-up’ set of product brochures, demo CDs and evaluation software.

Companies that meet the entry criteria for Authorised Resellers are entitled to use the ‘Authorised Reseller’ logo on their website and marketing literature. This logo is an endorsement of the high quality service you provide to customers in relation to your chosen Asta solution.


Authorised Resellers have access to telephone, email and web-based support from the Asta UK support team. Asta technical support work to resolve the query in line with our Service Level Agreement. In addition, a knowledge base of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) are available via the website. Resellers provide the customer with first line support with Asta providing back up in the form of 2nd and 3rd line support.
