Product training is a basic entry requirement for the partner programme. Authorised Resellers are provided with sales and product training through the national distributor. Asta Development conducts frequent training sessions over the internet and face to face where possible.

Information and communication
Asta publishes a monthly newsletter keeping distributors and resellers up to date with recent company developments, product news, and customer wins. Distributors and resellers will also be encouraged to contribute to the newsletter and share news about customer success stories.

Online Support

Distributors have access to their own online sales and marketing support. It is a password protected area, accessible from the Asta website, where distributors and resellers can access specific information and product knowledge to help them succeed with Asta solutions. For instance:

  • Sales presentation templates and artwork for product brochures are available to download.
  • Competitor intelligence is available in an easy-to-read format.
  • Read case studies of Asta's success stories in the UK and abroad.
  • Brochures, logo's and source files for marketing collateral.

Sales and marketing

Asta provides resellers with collateral for sales and marketing activities. Resellers receive a 'start-up' set of product brochures, demo CDs and evaluation software. In addition, Authorised Resellers are also issued with one demonstration license for either Asta Powerproject at the discretion of the national distributor.

Resellers are entitled to use the 'Authorised Reseller' logo on their website and marketing literature. This logo is an endorsement of the high quality service you provide to customers in relation to your chosen Asta solution. Resellers will also receive a certificate to show that they are part of the Asta reseller programme.

Support

Resellers dealing direct with Asta have full access to our email support system in order to address issues raised by your customers*. The Help Desk will attempt to answer your query within 8 hours of receipt, subject to Help Desk opening hours. If your query is diagnosed as urgent, team members will attempt to respond within a shorter period. In addition, a knowledge base of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) are available via the website. Distributors and resellers provide the customer with first line support with Asta providing back up in the form of 2 nd and 3 rd line support.
