Ensuring

A systems expert ensures that workgroups and user rights are correctly set-up
and that Asta Teamplan functions at the highest performance possible.
How
long does it take?
This service is typically completed in one day, depending on the number of
client installations required. It also includes two hours training on server
administration requirements for one designated employee.
Data
Migration
Technical consultants ‘map’ data from the old system to Asta Teamplan.
Tests are carried out to ensure that the data mapping process is accurate before ‘going
live’. This process ensures that project-intensive organisations can
switch systems as seamlessly as possible, minimizing impact of the systems
upgrade on existing projects.

Integration
Asta has developed proven integrations with many of the leading ERP systems,
personnel, billing and accounts systems as well as office productivity and
communications systems.
Once the installation is complete,
the customer will be provided
with an installation report to
sign off.
