of Asta Teamplan
also involve the
implementation
of Asta Timesheet,
our web-based time
reporting tool.
Given that there are generally
at least three times as many
users of Asta Timesheet as Asta
Teamplan in a typical implementation,
the most cost effective training
approach is to identify one key
member of staff and provide them
with the tools and knowledge
to cascade the training through
to other timesheet users within
the organisation.
The half-day training course
on Asta Timesheet takes place
on the customer’s premises.
It covers:
- Entering time
against tasks and
non-project work.
- Submitting timesheets
for approval.
- Approving timesheets
and updating the
main plan within
Asta Teamplan.
- Rejecting inaccurate
timesheets and
returning to the
timesheet submitter.
- Booking holidays
through timesheet.
