Course content

This is a one day training course designed for construction professionals who need to understand the key concepts and features within Asta Powerproject.

Exercises and course work are based on construction-specific projects.

Who should attend?

The course is designed for those who are new to Asta Powerproject as well as existing users who need a practical course focussed on project management in a construction environment.

Course objectives

Through the specific examples and exercises the delegate will gain practical experience of applying Asta Powerproject to Construction projects.

At the end of the course, delegates will be able to create and track an entire project from start to completion, including necessary reporting. They will also be able to analyse the critical path, understand the concept of ‘float’ and create a coded reporting system.

The course is delivered as an open course (up to eight delegates from different companies) at both our Thame training centre and our regional training centres.

It is also available as a closed course (up to eight delegates from one company) at our Thame training centre.

The course is also available as an on-site closed course at the customer's premises.
