This is a one-day training course focuses on managing progress using S-curves.

The course is designed for experienced users of Asta Powerproject who have attended our two day 'Create and Manage Projects' course and ideally our 'Resource and Cost Management' course and who are looking to create S-curves for progress reporting.

- Introduction and explanation of ‘Transfer Progress macro’ to facilitate the running of Straight line and Jagged line programmes
- S-curve creation in Powerproject
- Exporting to excel
- ASAP v ALAP s-curves
- User column creation to create columns for Comments, Reasons for Delay and others as directed
The day concentrates on progress with hands on progress creation and complimented exercises.
On completing the course you will be emailed the Transfer Progress macro and example excel ‘s-curve’ templates

The course is delivered as an open course (up to eight delegates from different companies) at both our Thame training centre and our regional training centres.
It is also available as a closed course (up to eight delegates from one company) at our Thame training centre.
The course is also available as an on-site closed course at the customer's premises.
Price
Thame/ regional training centre open course: £275.00 + VAT per delegate
Thame closed course: £1350.00 + VAT (maximum of 8 delegates)
On-site Course: £1350.00 + VAT + expenses (maximum of 8 delegates)
