House Builder Training Course - Asta Powerproject

Course content
This is a one-day training course designed for house builders who want to use Asta Powerproject to help them meet their completion targets more easily. The course is based entirely on practical examples relevant to the house building industry.

Who should attend?
The course is designed for those who are new to Asta Powerproject as well as existing users who need a practical course focussed on project management in house building.

Course objectives
Through the specific examples and exercises the delegate will gain practical experience of how to use Asta Powerproject to manage house building projects. At the end of the course, delegates will be able:

• Quickly create a plan showing the build stages for different house types.
• Pull out reports showing the jobs for each sub-contractor from the main project plan.
• Include upstream activities, like the land programme and materials procurement, in your overall plan.
• Plan projects backwards from fixed end dates.
• Produce high quality printed or electronic output, including borders and annotations.
  

In addition, the training course will introduce delegates to Asta Siteprogress, an additional product that enables house builders capture progress more easily from multiple sites.
