This is a one-day training course designed to help Asta Powerproject users monitor and control their projects more effectively.

Who should attend?
This course is designed for users who have either attended the ‘Introduction to Asta Powerproject’ course or have at least two months experience using Asta Powerproject.

It is suitable for delegates who need to actively control projects, update progress and provide management reporting.

Course objectives
At the end of the course, delegates will be able to compare planned and actual data. They will also be able to analyse and report on specific areas of a project using filters and sorts.
