Subcontractors do not need Asta Powerproject to read their task lists - you can send them a PDF, export an Excel task list or simply email them an Asta Powerproject file which they can open using the free Asta Project Viewer.

Keep plans up-to-date

Ask subcontractors to update their section of the plan using Asta Easyplan, the entry-level sister product to Asta Powerproject. This enables you to automatically update their changes in Asta Powerproject, without any data re-entry. Alternatively provide high level parameters and ask the contractor to provide a more detailed plan in an Easyplan format and integrate directly into the main Asta Powerproject schedule.
