with your licence for Asta products.

For
supported customers using Asta software
that is code protected we provide two replacement
codes free of charge per year should your
PC suffer a hard drive failure or virus
etc. Subsequent requests will be liable
to an admin charge.
In the event of your machine requiring
formatting then the licence should be moved
to another location, for example another
machine or the network. The instructions
for this can be found by clicking here.
If you have a new machine, please note
that the licence should be moved from the
old machine to the new machine. Instructions
can be found by clicking on the same link
above. If the same version of the software
is reinstalled on the same machine and
the
hard disk is not reformatted prior to reinstalling,
the software will remain activated.
For customers using the old style licence
protection mechanism (know as dongles),
we offer cost effective licence replacement
in the event of loss, theft or damage.
