If you wish to purchase a support contract for your Asta software, we will need confirmation of your order in writing, including a signature from you and payment details for the full amount. This applies to:

•  New support contract once complimentary support cover has expired.
•  Annual renewal of an existing support contract.
•  Reinstating support cover after a lapsed period.

Please note that if a support contract expires and is left to lapse, the price to reactivate the contract will be increased based on the duration of the elapsed period.
